There's a certain strength in having a limited amount of content available under your name. It makes you approachable. I'm gonna call it deadblogging, as opposed to liveblogging.

When you have a limited amount of content attached to your name, you become approachable as a content source. Readers can read you knowing that you've curated your best content for them, and that there's not going to be a new blog post every week that they'd have to add to their weekly routine if they want to keep up with you. Sidenote: this might be the same internal heuristic that causes us to evaluate dead artists as being more worth our time, but not sure.
